About Victoria Madden

I’m Victoria, and I’ve spent the last 15 years helping high-achievers stop running on fumes and start thriving—without losing their competitive edge.

As a licensed professional counselor, military spouse, and mother of three boys, I understand the pressure to perform, the guilt around rest, and the fear that slowing down means falling behind. I specialize in helping driven adults who look flawless on the outside but are quietly carrying more than anyone realizes—the ones who’ve achieved everything they set out to accomplish, yet still feel like something’s missing.

My Background & Expertise

With a Master’s and Education Specialist degree in Counseling from the University of Florida, I’ve pursued rigorous advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches that create rapid, lasting change. I’m a Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist, and Nationally Certified Custody Evaluator and Parent Coordinator.

Over the past decade and a half, I’ve worked extensively with high-achieving professionals—particularly physicians, surgeons, and attorneys navigating high-stakes, high-pressure environments where there’s no room for error and little tolerance for vulnerability. I’ve led treatment programs in clinical settings, testified as an expert witness in complex custody cases, and trained mental health professionals across the region.

My years of clinical practice and advanced training have made me an expert at helping people navigate anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship challenges.

Today, I run a solo practice dedicated to helping ambitious individuals reclaim their lives. When I’m not practicing, you’ll find me chasing after my young boys, cheering at my older son’s basketball games, wrangling my animals, reading non-fiction, exploring the outdoors, rooting for the Red Sox or Gators, or enjoying stand-up comedy.

What Makes This Work Different

I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy or generic advice. My approach is strategic, efficient, and designed for people who value their time and demand results. Whether you’re struggling with worries that won’t quit, sadness that’s stealing your joy, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or the exhausting weight of doing it all, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine understanding of what it takes to excel in demanding fields.

When high-achievers get the right support, they don’t just survive—they reclaim their energy, clarity, and joy without sacrificing their drive. They show up more powerfully in their careers, more present in their relationships, and more at peace with themselves.
